I would avoid this place. they lured me in with a "free" whitening visit. then after the visit they just started to enroll me in some month to month ambassador deal for 99 bucks per month. I promptly said no. I have no desire to have some kind of subscription. fast forward a few months and I notice that they went ahead and subscribed me anyway.

I chose to pay for my visit rather than subscribe and with that payment they decided they could just charge me every month. getting anyone to get back with me to rectify this had been like trying to negotiate a peace deal with Russia and Ukraine. Stay away from this place. not honest at all.

never going back again. the teeth whitening itself was good, however, when it came to pay, my total was 174. that was perfectly fine with me. the guy was talking about how if you sign up for some thing, your first session is free and the next session you pay. i agreed and made sure that i would not be charged. i put my card on file and everything was fine. when i got home, i got a call from him saying my card payment didn’t save. i got a weird feeling so i gave him a different card and saw that they were trying to take 180 dollars and 90 dollars.

i asked him why and he said there was a glitch. whatever, stuff happens i get it. then moments go by and he said the card didn’t save again. gave him a different card, this time, i was charged 290 dollars. it went from 174 to 290. i tried giving the benefit of the doubt. but still was not refunded the difference. i later called and they said they charged me for a tip with the service.

i would’ve tipped if i was given the option or at least been informed they would add a tip. i was refunded the tip but not the extra 90 dollars. a week later my teeth looked the same. would recommend going to a dental office or something for this. not we whiten.

The entire process from walking in to leaving was 90 minutes (Application, three 20 min light sessions, removals and pictures). I went from a shade 16 to 8 in one treatment. Very clean facility, friendly and efficient staff. They weren’t pushy about selling their products after they pitched their continued treatments options to me.

They gave at-home maintenance options vs coming in to their office for continued treatments and gave me a cbd gel pen as part of my package to go home with to help with sensitivity. I’ve always wanted to try whitening my teeth and I’m glad I came to them to try it.
