Had Invisalign done at Webster Dental. After treatment, I had “off brand” retainers made for maintenance. No issues until I broke the bottom retainer and they remade it at my expense (expected). The top is the original product from 4 1/2 years ago. The bottom is the replacement which has been cleaned by the office each time.

When I called attention to the discrepancy, the office manager blamed the product that they used. She offered me $50 off to have it remade with another product. It’s like getting your nails done and the polish coming off after a week. Stand behind the product your office has decided to use and accept the fact that it’s no good. Very disappointing after being a patient there for 10+ years!!

I needed a biopsy of a spot on my tongue. This could have been nerve wracking, However, the staff is so friendly (while hiding their efficiency) that there was no need to be nervous. Dr David Hanson was terrific.

His humor was perfectly timed, he explained everything he did, to the point of helping me dissect the meaning of one word I did not understand. I will return to that practice with no hesitation.

My wife, my daughter and I have been coming to Webster dental in Hoffman Estates for over 10 years, even though we live in Palatine and there are numerous closer offices. We have consistently received not only professional service and advice on dental care, but assistance and full explanations of insurance and billing. While going to the dentist is not our favorite thing to do, this office and their employees make it as easy and convenient as could be.

I would recommend others to look into this office for their dental services.

I had a Very bad experienced in HOFFMAN location! I had a schedule already at 3pm with them. They changed my schedule and told me to come at 2pm. I went there at 2pm. But almost half an hour i have been waiting.

So my question is why they calling me earlier and changed my time if i still need to wait that long. The 2nd meet was more worst encountering a Doctor and assitant. The assistant seems like she dont know what she is doing. I was choking and almost cant breath i told assistant i need the sunctiion she said its okay its just a water,excuse me! I almost choke and its just the water.

So you guys want me to swallow the water that you rinsed on my tooth! She literally have an attitute and doctor said i dont need to touch the sunction or host. (He said dont touch it! With no polite way! I dont think there is something wrong with it I am just helping myself because the lady dont know how to take care of the patient. First time to encounter a worst staff in dental!! Not a friendly environment!!!! I will never come back to thos place after my last appointment! Please treat us as a customer with respect!
