Wish I could give 5 stars. Came back to Webster after a few years. My experience was average. The dentist I wanted to see retired. He didn’t make me feel like I was being sold procedures. Some equipment wasn’t working at first. I dealt with it. The assistants were kind and nice but there was a huge language barrier.

I kept having to ask them to repeat themselves so I could understand them. Again, I dealt with it. The dentist was nice, but I could not help but feel I was being sold procedures. Invisalign was mentioned (I already had braces), a mouth guard, etc. I will go back, but I will want evidence of each tooth that needs work. I just want to be able to trust my dentist and feel comfortable knowing I am only getting work that is truly necessary.

I highly recommend Dr. Ethel & her wonderful assistant for your dental restoration needs as they have the utmost compassion & care in performing their work. Together, they prioritized making me feel at ease from the moment they walked in to do my fillings. I feel that they specialize not only in delivering expert care, but also in giving their patients the peace of mind that they will be comfortable during the entire visit.

I spent years avoiding the dentist purely out of anxiety, but I am happy to say I look forward to going to the dentist now that I've found Dr. Ethel & her team :) In addition to this, they offer evening hours & Saturdays too, so this makes it much easier to work my visits into my schedule.
