Welch Dentistry is very professional and the office staff is on top of everything. They helped me reschedule my appointment due to having a cold, and I appreciated the kindness. The hygienist, Robin, was great and very thorough. Dr. Brad is excellent and suggested some preventative work which I agreed to do next month. 5 Stars for this very well run and friendly office!

I had a very disappointing experience at Welch. As a first-time customer, I booked an appointment for implant replacement. While the doctor was cordial, the entire process was mishandled. After scheduling surgery a month in advance and rearranging my entire schedule for the surgery and post surgery recovery, the doctor canceled just a few days before the procedure, stating he wasn’t comfortable performing the surgery and referred me to another doctor. This led to significant delays and frustration as the new doctor had to start from scratch, wasting my time and money. I had taken time off work, which cost me financially, only to have everything fall through.

Additionally, I paid a $200 deposit that was supposedly refundable for future visits, which added to my frustration. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor communication were unacceptable. I’m still in pain and in need of a professional dentist care that I did not find here. I do not recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Welch Dentistry since they opened. Dr. Jonathan and the entire staff are awesome. They are so friendly and kind and make you feel so welcome special shout out to Lily for going over my insurance with me in detail in terms that I could understand. I really appreciated her concern that I was comfortable with my treatment plan. I highly recommend this practice .
