I have been attending this office since my conception, and have never had a negative experience. The staff is straight forward, informative, and fast. The amount of confidentiality is wonderful, nd always ensured my information is not shared with other people. For a low income family, this is one of the best doctors you can go to. I don't think I've ever seen a time they are not accepting new patients.

Many insurances are taken here, and they help you through the new patient intake process. (my significant other recently switched to this office. ) Excellent service at excellent prices.

I used to love this place. They always made us feel welcomed and it felt as though they genuinely cared. They would greet my kiddos by name before we would even check in and if we seen staff out and about they would say hi and ask them how they were. The past few years it has changed so dramatically.

Most of the staff is different and lost the hospitality. My daughter has been having major sinus issues do you allergies I’ve been told to get a referral to have her seen at Reid’s allergy specialist so we made an appt with them was told she would send referral over and we would receive a call the next day. A few days later, still no call, I call Reid they said it was never sent over so I call well care to find out what was going on. Who ever I spoke to had an attitude and told me the lady who does referrals is busy I just needed to have patience.

It’s now been over a week and still no referral. I’m irritated because my hands are tied. I am receiving phone calls from school about my daughter being in the office with headaches, sinus pressure and belly aches all relating to her allergies and they are just taking their time getting her the help she needs.

Absolutely the worst medial care! I was literally charged 254. 00 dollars for "supposedly being a new patient " and 10mins of the FNP's time. I have been a patient at my Dortors for years and since Well care took over and Im not seen frequently at my doctors they consider me a new patient. Ok , fine . But when I asked what I would be charged after that. The women would not tell me .

I just needed my labs drawn for my thyroid medication. I paid 192. 00 dollars out of pocket for my Labs and then I get this bill. No ,insurance will not cover because it is a preexisting condition and I do not qualify for any assistance. It is absolutely ridiculous that a doctor is being paid this much for 10 mins of time to order labs. Definitely will not be going back to this place!

My name is Candace and I just want to say this is the absolute best Doctors Office around. I have been going here at least 15-20 years and they treat me as if I am family, they care about me and my health. I moved two and a half hours away and drive every month to Richmond just for Dr True and if I need anything between that time all the nursing staff help me in anyway they can.

Phil the nurse always goes above and beyond for me and I just want to thank you all. You are all amazing.
