Great experiences every time I go Wesmark family dentistry. The staff are always very pleasant, the facility is always clean, the care is always spot on. They’ve always answered all my questions and looked into anything that I had concerns about.

Everyone I encountered was courteous and helpful. They did everything they could to help me get the most out of my dental insurance. They explained everything they were doing, as well as everything I need done, clearly and answered any questions I had. The wait time was minimal.

Me and my family have been going to this dentist for years and it is amazing except for the front desk. I’ve always received reminder text about a day before my yearly cleaning. This year was different they now changed it to where you have to confirm your appointment which is ridiculous! I make an appointment every year on the dot and now you want to confirm it like a janky underground nail salon. What’s next you’re going to ask for a deposit? Long story short you have to now reply back to the text or call them to confirm your appointment or they will cancel your appointment. They called me while I was in school and the world doesn’t revolve around you TINA! Also they said you have to confirm before 1:00pm the same day they text which is quite early and inconvenient for people who have work or school such as me.

Me and my mother both get our yearly cleaning on the same day every year. We each have our own phone numbers obviously and by the time I was able to be on my phone during school it was past 1:00 so obviously my appointment was canceled. The next day my mother went to her appointment and they didn’t take her since she didn’t “confirm her appointment. ” But she never got a phone call or text like I did. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to her and very confident that she did get a call and a text, just admit that you’re wrong lady and everyone makes mistakes.

She said it was a older lady and let me tell you that post menopause and hot flashes sure did get to her ego. Overall that lady should just admit that she made a mistake and had no right cancelling a appointment that was made 1 year in advance for not replying back to a phone call or text that was never sent to my mother. They should definitely fire that lady, take away her insurance, and leave her to rot in the cold rain for having no sympathy, respect, basic social skills and lastly not doing your job correctly to make sure that you do actually call a patient. But love the doctors and hygienist they are amazing
