I would seriously not recommend getting a deep cleaning from this dental office if offered to you. Especially if you’re getting 2 free cleanings from your insurance a year. Apparently once you do this it will void the 2 free cleanings and you will be at their mercy to ever get back to normal cleanings. As a customer I think that’s absolutely bizarre that you can’t control what services are being provided. I wouldn’t be so upset if this was explained to me before the “deep cleaning” was done.

Or more importantly if the follow up cleanings weren’t just regular cleanings disguised in a more expensive package. I literally sat in that chair and got the SAME EXACT cleaning and had to pay for it and it should have been free. How sad and unethical.

Dr. Thomas is also very friendly, professional and always informative on my procedures. By far the best dentist I've ever had. The team here is full of rockstars! Highly recommended!
