I had the MOST wonderful experience at West Ave family dentistry and seriously could not recommend this dental office enough. From the first phone call. scheduling my appointment was a breeze, and all communication with the staff prior to my visit regarding dental records and necessary intake paperwork was extremely pleasant and kind. The atmosphere of the office itself is beautiful and calm, and the all of the women on staff were welcoming and attentive.

Dr. Kaczaj was so detailed and communicative during my appointment, and this was the first time in my life where I felt like a dentist/dental provider actually cared and wanted to help me moving forward. I am so thrilled to have found West Ave dentistry and feel confident and supported moving forward.

Dr. Kaczaj is always very thorough and pleasant. The office is very nice and well kept. There’s usually some nice instrumental music playing in the background while work is being done on my chompers. I recommend as the office has a nice personal touch with thorough and helpful care and tips.
