Dr. Shiva and her team of experts are by far the best dentist that Michigan has to offer. From the moment you walk into her office, her greetings, smile and gratitude of your presence makes one feel welcomed. I got tired of going to dentist that behave rude, inconsiderate of my time, and only seem to care about my money; instead of quality of care.
Dr. Shiva took time to educate me in regards to my treatment plan and she answered all of my questions and concerns. My anxiety of my two crowns needed no longer existed. Dr.
Shiva already prep, organized, and sterilized the room even before I entered. This was welcoming, because you rarely find dentist prepared between sessions with patients! She explained, provided comfort, humor and expert precision as she completed her work. The quality of her work in preparing my teeth for permanent crowns and repairing a filing was by far the best work I ever seen! I evened decided to go back the following week to get the ZOOM Teeth Whitening Procedure done to match the color of my new crowns. It's amazing, if you ever see my SMILE!

Was 5 stars but only because of the people and they have all left due to new ownership. I've been there a few times since, each time all new people. Seems like a toxic situation. Dr Rita was great and she's still practicing. She wouldn't say where she went but i diligently kept looking for her until finding her. You could do the same if you were inclined. I would have just deleted my 5 star review and not edited but I've had a few issues. I feel my last procedure was handled incorrectly, in haste. Was very costly and the costs were not very clear. I spoke with in billing that somewhat remedied the extra cost but the quality of work is questionable.
I gave an extra star for that woman. 2 weeks later my X-rays still haven't been sent to my new dental office. So i guess. . . here's my new review. Hope you guys figure everything out. Was an outstanding practice once upon a time.

This dental office USED to be amazing. My two adult daughters and I went there and felt well taken care of and respected. One of my daughters has special needs and they were great with her. Everything changed in the last six months causing me to write this review. The hygienist left and the new hygienist was frustrated during the teeth cleaning for my daughter. Dr.
Rita, the dentist at the time, and I came up with a plan for cleanings going forward. That was four months ago. My daughter’s teeth cleaning was scheduled for today. I had confirmed the plan last week. This morning, I received a call from the new office manager to let me know that there is a new dentist and she will not see my daughter at their office even though she has been a patient there for a year and a half. The new dentist never met my daughter and said I should find a dentist to sedate her for cleaning which is not necessary and carries all kinds of risks to her health and well-being.
Again, after never meeting her. And when her appointment was this afternoon and has been on the schedule for four months. It is so unfortunate that a provider would be this disrespectful. We will all be finding another dental office.

They were the only dentist office I had been to my entire life - since they were sold the new ownership has been churning through staff and I got charged for stuff today that they say happened 15 months before. When I left the office I didn't owe them money, when I came in for the next cleaning I didn't owe them any money. But now 15 months after the visit they saw I have owed them money and am late paying.
Called the office and the only thing they could help with was saying they are sorry they are new and have a lot of fires to put out and a lot of things have gotten dropped over the past few years. Since it was 15 months ago I can't even confirm that the thing even happened that they say I owe them for. Terrible customer service and terrible turnover in dentists and office staff
