This office asked for my X-rays from another office. I had them sent. They then said they couldn't use them. I scheduled a cleaning. I just had x rays of my entire mouth less than a month ago. There is no need for excessive radiation exposure. I walked out.

I have only been coming to this practice for about a month. I personally got the bad teeth genetics that run in my family that started in my childhood and it followed me into my adult years. I am a recovering addict with almost 10 years to be proud of in recovery but that caused my teeth to just crumble and decay which I know isn’t unheard of. Once I got clean I would have work done and it would all end up failing. In the last 10 years I have been to a handful of different dental practices that made me feel embarrassed because of my past life choices with being a recovering addict, I realize it ended up being the cherry on top with the teeth issues I already had. All the discrimination I was a victim to from gave me PTSD and dread to call a dentist when I needed work done because they would always fix whatever the issues I had and the work they did would end up failing no matter how much I brushed , flossed ect. About a month ago I lost a front tooth so I went on my insurance website to find another dentist in network and I came across West Broad Dental. I sent a appointment requested and was called a day later and was scheduled by the kind woman at the front desk. She was helpful and said if dentures was what I wanted to do then they would do it.

She didn’t know but I was tearing up because finally someone was hearing me and making me know that my teeth are my teeth and they would be more than happy to do that for me and they strive to make sure all of their patients are treated with respect and dignity. I mentioned my past drug abuse and was told “we don’t judge here” and I was in awe. I came to my scheduled appointment and Dr. Jeffery pulled all of my teeth that day and in just a month I had my dentures and I smiled a smile I have always dreamed of smiling 🥹 A month ago I had tooth pain, gum pain, broken teeth and so much tooth discoloration everywhere in my mouth and the constant bad breath no matter how much I brushed and flossed but now all of that is gone thanks to this amazing practice with the Dr. Fisher and the kind employees working there. I have found my forever dentist. I am so thankful I don’t have to look around for one anymore. I’m not one to write reviews but this practice deserves all the praise. Thank you West Broad Dental for treating me with the most respect and making sure with it only being a month since I have been coming to you that with you my mouth is cared for and I appreciate you allowing me to make the decisions that helped me not to be embarrassed to smile anymore and not having constant pain anywhere.

I seriously cannot thank you all enough. My migraines have lessened now too it’s crazy how much having poor oral hygiene and rotting teeth can take a toll on your body too. I believe all the discriminating practices I have been to need to take notes on how your practice is ran. It feels good finally not to be nervous, anxious and scared to sit in a dental chair. I have referred your practice to several people I know because that’s the least I can do. Thank you for my new smile West Broad Dental, Dr. Fisher you have changed my life for the better ♥️

Dr Fisher and the whole team at West Broad Dental are really the best in the business! I've been to so many other dentists offices in my lifetime and not one has even compared to the service and care provided here. Don't waste your time anywhere else!
