Dr. Navid was absolutely amazing during my root canal procedure. He made me feel completely at ease, thoroughly explained everything, and answered all of my questions with professionalism and care. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and updated, which helped ease my anxiety. The experience exceeded my expectations. I was given headphones, glasses, and a remote so I could watch TV during the procedure, along with a cozy blanket to keep me comfortable. The office was exceptionally clean, and the staff was both friendly and professional. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived.

The procedure itself was quick and painless. I want to give a special shout-out to Miss JaKayla—she was incredibly sweet and reassuring. She truly met me where I was emotionally and helped me feel safe and cared for. Her kindness meant a lot. I’m very grateful for the service I received today. I was given clear aftercare instructions, and I’m feeling great.

Hearing that I needed a root canal made me so nervous and afraid of how painful it would be! I Now mind you this was based on my previous experience years ago. I left the dentist in pain from a fractured filling and anxious to see how the referred office would help me. I can’t be thankful enough that my dentist referred me to West Cobb Modern Endodontics to do the procedure. I literally called them the same day I received the referral and was able to get an appointment the next day. The friendly receptionist made appointment setting so simple. I noted the day of appointment that I got a call just to let me know that the staff was all ready and waiting my arrival. I was both warmly and quickly greeted upon arrival.

The hygienist assistants Sierra and Ariana were awesome at assuring me there was no reason to be nervous and that the procedure wouldn’t be painful. Sure enough their words proved true! Dr. Navid made sure I was informed of all the steps and again stressed that I would be numbed properly before starting. Taking time to answer any questions I had was also appreciated. The Dr. and his entire staff were so calming and professional. Comfy seats coupled with headsets and a tv to view during treatment were also a big plus.

I was so relaxed that at one point I nearly took a nap during the gentle wave process. This visit completely changed the way I view root canals! Everything from the beautiful office space to the friendly, patient centered staff makes this an ideal choice for root canals in my opinion. The follow up call I received this morning on my well being just added to an already great impression of this office. I hope Dr. Navid and staff continue to provide painless and stress free root canals to countless patients. If I ever hear that a root canal is needed again, West Cobb Modern Endodontics will be the only office I call!

After enduring over five days of intense pain, I was exhausted and admittedly not at my best, but everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. Dr. Al-Drugh and assistant McKenna were amazing. Both were so patient, helpful, and accommodating to make me feel comfortable for the root canal procedure. They answered all of my questions about the process and explained each step.

The office is clean and welcoming. The front office staff was also very polite, respectful, and welcoming. The bonus was the tv and noise-canceling headset to help drown drilling noise during the procedure. I recommend this office with 5 stars!!
