Very misleading company. Had taken a day off work to have teeth cleaned and X-rayed. According to the person I had previously spoken with twice, I was set to have these procedures done, which would be covered with a small co fee per my insurance. Upon arriving , I asked what the total would be before any procedures started. The lady had told me, well we wont know what "type " of cleaning you'll need yet.

What ? What kind of bullshit is this. Never in my 40 years have I been told thins. What the hell happened to just a cleaning and X-rays like I was told? Another money making scam. .

The moment I walked in I felt at ease. The staff there are Amazing! Very nice staff and they are great about keeping you in the loop as far as insurance coverage and procedures. I have had full upper dentures and a partial bottom for about 17 years. When I was having tooth pain on the bottom my wife which has been going here for a couple years made me an appointment Dr. Tingey was very honest and helpful on guiding me to the right process. We discussed several options on what to do I eventually decided to go full denture new top and bottom the process took some time but it was absolutely done the exact right way. I did opt to get a temporary bottom denture (glue in) and it took several trips in to get it to fit good but they made sure it was perfect for a cruise I had planned.

I just got delivery of my new teeth today. They look fantastic and having posts put in for the bottom was the best decision I've made. Well worth the extra money. Every one of the assistants, dentists, receptionist, and office manager are extremely professional and remembered my name every time I came in.
