I started going here when I moved to the area and I am very happy with this dental clinic. I had a filling done that felt funny weeks after. My dentist removed it, fixed it and believed in what I said even though she couldn’t see any issues in the x-ray. I wasn’t charged for the second attempt.

And it is perfect now. Very nice clinic that is very embedded in our community. I highly recommend this dental office!

Our family of 4 have been going to WEST Lakes since they opened 12 years ago. Dr. Miner and her team are among the best. Our two girls were not a fan of getting their teeth cleaned and Liz (dental hygienist) is the best. So patient and amazing with kids. The entire team is fabulous.

We now see Dr. Hendrix and she is incredible. We own our own businesses and customer service is very important to us. From the team at the front desk to all the doctors and assistants - they are top class. We purchase the “package” as we do not have dental insurance through a company and very affordable. We highly recommend West Lakes Dentistry for the entire family !

Dear Westlake Dentistry, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent appointment on May 20th. Although I was entitled to a standard preventative cleaning at no charge, I was instead subjected to an unjustified and exorbitant charge for a deep cleaning that was neither requested nor necessary. Additionally, I was shocked to find that even for the denied free preventative care, It was attempted to charged me on the day of the appointment for services not rendered.

This feels like a deplorable upsell tactic that takes advantage of consumers, especially those who may have genuine health concerns and need proper care. I strongly urge you to reconsider your practices and ensure that patients receive the care they are entitled to without being subjected to unnecessary charges.
