I did my Invisalign process at West Loop Orthodontics, and I would recommend WLO to anyone! The reason I chose them over the other places was because of their wonderful customer service, friendly staff--particularly Jazmine and Keaira--and convenient location for me. Dr. Arruda is great; my teeth were straight fairly quickly, but she meticulously ensured that my bite was correct and felt good to me. The only reason I knocked off one star was because WLO was significantly more pricey than the other places I got quotes from.

And there were two times I ran out of rubberbands and went to the office during their normal hours (no holiday, no patient-wide notification of closure) and they were closed. My MO from then was to stock up on rubberbands or call prior to an unscheduled visit. Other than that, if I had to start my Invisalign journey again, I'd choose WLO.

I have had the best experience with West Loop Ortho! It’s always a little nerve wracking getting orthodontics for yourself as an adult, but every single person in this office made me feel so comfortable and welcome. During the initial consultation, we went over my specific issues and options and I chose Invisalign. I had regular checkups and even moved states during my treatment, but west loop made sure that they could accommodate me no matter what.

Now that my treatment is over (my teeth look amazing and I can actually chew food), I’ll really miss the staff here. The office is nice, clean, and bright, too! If you’re considering orthodontics for yourself or your family, you’ll be very well taken care of here.
