WMFD is an amazing practice with a team of doctors that far surpass all of my past experiences with other dentists i've seen previously. Dr. Fair and Dr. Green, along with their associates, care about the health and wellness of their patients and treatment plan according to what is necessary for good oral health and predictable outcomes.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They work as a great team and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. This is a great office and I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a new dentist.

I love my office! We are passionate about our patients and how we treat them. As employees we treat our patients as if they are our family and with that being said, sometimes our recommendations may be hard to hear and costly. We all are willing to listen, encourage and not be forceful in our treatment recommendations but we will not recommend poor treatment, unethical work and we are definitely not all in it for the money.

Our dentists and staff are very generous. This is a great office to work at and be treated in.

Wolves in sheep's clothing! Sure, the facility looks great, but watch out for what goes on inside. I'll start off by saying my hygienist was lovely. No complaints about her. She was perfect and knew exactly what she was doing. The one I had before her was the opposite of that. I'd leave a cleaning with chipped teeth (she claimed it was "just plaque") and bleeding gums. I was just about to switch practices until a miracle happend and that hygienist wasn't able to schedule me for my next appointment leading me to schedule an appointment with the wonderful hygienist that I ended up with last. That's not why I'm writing this review, though. I'm writing it due to their poor customer service and predatory billing practices. My last visit went as usual. Until I stepped up to the desk to check out. Normally, my insurance covers all cleanings and x-rays. This time, they informed me that they wanted me to pay $32. 57 because they are "no longer in network with my insurance.

"" New news to me, they never informed me of this. Not even when I checked in. I already paid $75 a month for my insurance, so this puts this visit at $105. 57 for me with insurance for this month. Fast forward several weeks, and I got a bill in the mail for another $87. 00. (Shocking, right?! They actually do have equipment to type up a document and send a letter in the mail to notify people of changes prior to appointments. ) So they're asking for an additional $119. 57 on top of what they already received from my insurance for a simple cleaning. Mind you, when I first started going to their office WITHOUT insurance, they charged me $112 per cleaning. (I've since added insurance due to having kids who also need dental appointments). I thought, surely this was a mistake, and they would see their error as I've already paid, so I ignored the first bill. Fast forward again, and I received a call from their office. (I know, shocking again! They have phones and a receptionist that can also make calls to notify people of changes prior to their appointments.

) The receptionist inquires about why the bill wasn't paid. I explained that I had already paid at the office, so I'm not sure what the bill is about. She informs me that they didn't "get as much as they were hoping for from insurance. " I told her I'm sorry but I already paid and she angrily told me she would send another bill and add "finance charges" if I didn't pay it. I simply said, "ok, thank you," which clearly irritated her because she made sure to write a personal note on the bottom of the bill that I eventually received, threatening finance charges toward me. Now I thought she understood with my last call that I wasn't falling for their scam but apparently not because she proceeded to call me another time and send a new bill with $7. 50 added to the total and a big bold red stamp on the outside of the envelope that said "OVER DUE" like it would shame me into paying. Wanting to be upfront with them, I gave them a call and explained that I would not be paying the bill and I stated that it was due to them not notifying me before my services that they no longer are in network with my insurance. She told me they would send it to collection and again, I said, "ok, thank you. " Unfortunately, I had been warned by close friends that they were like this in my early days of receiving dental care there, but I didn't listen. Now I've been cut by the wolf but I'm not going to let it bleed me dry so, I've decided to take my business elsewhere to a place that is honest and upfront with their billing practices.
