Staff are very pleasant and have good customer service, they care about their patients. I would say if accessibility is an issue for you, don't come here. The front doors (2) are very heavy, and seniors can't open easily on their own with walkers or canes. Apparently this will be rectified at some point.

I would like to share the great experiences my Girlfriend and I have had in being long time Dental patients at West Mississauga dental. First off the whole staff is very professional and caring, so no matter who you interact with you are assured of first class service Recently I have encountered a series of painful episodes ( all my doing through procrastination and some long term issues ). In that state you can feel desperate for help as tooth/mouth pain ranks up there with being the worse kind of pain I was very fortunate to have a team of Dentists and Dental Assistants to heal me through these episodes.

In particular Dr. Pinky Patel was amazing in her treatment of me. She is both a great Dentist but also a kind and caring person who always makes the time to explain your options and what any treatment will entail.

I can honestly say that when she enters the treatment room I automatically feel much better and confident I will get the help I need. Because of this I always leave the office in a far superior mood than when I entered and no longer fearful of "what's going to happen" My sincere thanks Dr Patel, you have no idea how much I appreciate you Also, I would like to pass on my thanks to the Treatment Coordinator Kiyomi. She has been so helpful to me in squeezing me in to appointment times that meet my inflexible schedule and for providing me with documentation for my company for the many days of work I have recently had to miss, due to pain in particular Thank you Kiyomi, I may not show it but I really appreciate everything you do Thank you to West Mississauga Dental

I didn’t have a dentist when I came to Mississauga. I read a lot of reviews about different places, finally I decided to give a try here. It’s in a central location so you can run your errands after you are done or before you go to your dentist. That’s a huge plus for me I am giving five rating for majority of the staff who work there. Staffs are very pleasant, place is tidy and silent, dentist Dr.

Gill is wonderful. He explains every bit of the details, provide his feedback, suggestions and makes you feel very comfortable with any procedure. Hygienists are knowledgeable and explains everything prior to doing anything. I have had bad experiences with one of the hygienists like my teeth were sensitive after cleaning and also with one of the dentists who gave me wrong info. But that doesn’t deserve any less rating than 5 because So many other people are great and service is wonderful.

I have been a patient here for 3 years now, my whole family visits here. I recommend this place to visit Dr. Gill.
