Place is okay. Front desk Staff are rude and seeming to not care about their clients/patients. Are all over the places which is probably why they have 2. 3 star reviews. Two of them were just fooling around heard a staff member telling them to do their paper work made me fill out a large form full of nonsense that took up most of my time.

The dental cleaner blonde she was great. My dentist was late to see me over 15min so I left. Don’t RECOMMEND coming here unless you have the time they like to waste.

When is this company going to change their front staff!! We have been there and making a appointment for work all they keep talking about is paying. I 100% understand i have to pay!!! Then she said i was complaining about something of which i had no idea what she was talking about. So please no one use this dentist they are the most unprofessional medical group i have ever seen!!!!!

No one loves to go to the dentist , however my experiences with this dental team are top notch. The offices are clean and there is never a wait to see a dentist! Appointments are easily scheduled . Dr Zamani is excellent and my favorite. I heartily recommend this practice !

I meant to write this review a long time ago, but better late than never — especially if it helps others make a better decision. When I visited West Nyack Dental a few years back, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The moment I walked in, there was a bad odor in the office, which immediately gave me a bad feeling. I had made the appointment specifically to get one tooth pulled — that’s it. But when it was my turn, they started with a full panoramic x-ray. The machine that rotates around your head kept hitting me several times, and I had to bend down awkwardly to bite the plastic mouthpiece. It was uncomfortable and not adjusted properly at all. Then came the room hopping — I was shuffled between three different rooms, even though I was only there for one procedure.

They insisted on doing full-mouth x-rays, even though I had clearly said I was there for one tooth. Then the dentist started checking every tooth, one by one, in yet another room. At that point, I had enough. I told them I was done and I just wanted to leave. The whole process felt excessive, pushy, and stressful. What made it worse was how hard it is to find a good dentist or cleaning place — but thankfully, after years, I finally did. My new dentist doesn’t even take my insurance, but I don’t care. He listens, pulls the one tooth that’s bothering me, and that’s it.

No jumping rooms, no drama, no nonsense. No x-ray machine bumping into my head. No bending down to bite into some tube for a 360 scan I didn’t ask for. I don't like how West Nyack Dental does things, and I’ll never go back. Just sharing my honest experience — hopefully it helps someone else make a better choice.
