Not even a one star. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The staff hung up on me when I asked about them taking payments without checking id's. My card was used at their establishment fraudulently and they didn't know why or how. The staff was very rude and hung up on me without an answer. They said I was the 2nd person so far.

And she didn't see it as a big deal. She knew it was fraud but didn't care. So they are taking payments/debit cards without checking patients I'd. They are bring careless with peoples sensitive information.

The staff and Dr are very kind people. They are quick to answer the phone and efficient in getting you scheduled. They were friendly and made me feel at ease about my procedures. They also explained how the insurance aspect works in detail which was helpful. The facilities are clean and easy to find. I would definitely go again.
