I have been a long time patient of Dr Zeren and Dr West and have had multiple procedures. The surgical care is always outstanding. The actual procedure is always very clearly explained in easy to understand language.

Kindness and care from all staff members is consistently there. I have a high degree of dental anxiety and the concern for my comfort and wellbeing before, during, or after a procedure is tremendous.

I received a referral from my regular Dentist to see Dr. West to have restorative gum graft treatment, due to a year-old injury. From the initial diagnostic visit through the gum grafting procedure to the necessary follow up visits I have found Dr. Brandon West and Staff to be extremely professional and easy to trust. Dr. West is highly trained Dentist / Periodontist who has honorably served in our country's military.

This means a lot. His technical expertise is and was immediately noticeable, he is meticulous, surgical and precise. At the same time his bedside manner is excellent, he's very emotionally intelligent and in tune with his patients (myself included). He thoroughly communicates every part of the process, letting me know exactly what to expect and also anticipating my questions. When he was tending to me I noticed he is always completely present in the moment with me. This is very reassuring to have such a conscientious Doctor.

My surgery went well and Dr. West explained exactly what I would need to know and what to expect during my recovery process. His guidance was spot on and I felt 100% confident in following his post-operative direction. I would not hesitate one second to recommend him to anyone in need of Periodontal or routine Dental services. Ten Stars out of Ten.

I recently completed surgery and treatment with Dr. West, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Dr. West was the third periodontist I went to for an evaluation of my situation. After hearing I had no options and was going to lose a tooth, I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. West felt confident he could save my tooth and repair the other areas.

He explained in detail the process and answered the many questions I had. I was skeptical of all periodontists at this point, but Dr. West made me feel relaxed and ready to move forward. I was highly anxious on surgery day but everything went better than expected – I knew I was in good hands. Dr. West made sure I had his direct number and could call at any time during my recovery.

He checked up on me several times to see how I was healing and my level of pain. The recovery went better than expected. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. West to anyone in need of periodontal care. His dedication to patient comfort and well-being, coupled with his extensive knowledge, made my experience truly pleasant!

I had a full upper gum graft procedure done with Dr. West and his team, and I’m very happy with both the experience and the results. The entire team was professional, kind, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The procedure itself went smoothly and wasn’t as painful as I expected. I did have significant swelling and bruising afterward—likely more noticeable because of my fair skin—and it took about three weeks to fully heal.

That said, the recovery was manageable, and I’m really pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Dr. West and his team to anyone considering this procedure.
