Long, truthful review. Tammi is great! I called to schedule a new patient appointment for my boyfriend because he was having some dental issues. She was very kind and super helpful! My boyfriend had an appointment today for an extraction of 3 teeth. Dr. Cho was great and he really liked him. My boyfriend works out of state and leaves on Sundays. He was sent home with 1 tiny pack of gauze.

He was given antibiotics before they started the procedure and nothing for after. . . which is fine. I called a bit ago to let them know again, that he DOES work out of state and to see if maybe they could call in a small script of amox just in case something goes wonky while he's out of state. The woman on the phone named 'Karen' was SO rude, snide and nasty. VERY unprofessional.

I UNDERSTAND the fact that doctors just don't 'call in scripts' for no reason. She literally has ZERO customer service skills. Whomever 'Karen' is, I hope you see this because I'd like to chat. It's a shame that a decent practice has such a rude employee. Definitely makes a sad reflection on this establishment. Rant over. 🥺🙄😡

Everyone did. Dentist, dental assistants are awesome! It was a long time since I've been to the dentist and they really did a great job getting me feeling better again. . . Thank you!!!

This place has gone down hill. The last visit the woman “forgot” to check my daughter in on her screen after verifying her personal information. Then had the audacity to tell my husband either he or our daughter could be seen but not both due to the error. I came from having my cleaning in the back and was told this and immediately went to address it. The RUDE woman then tried to lie and cover her tracks by saying my daughter never check in (mind you she verified the address, phone number and insurance), I called her out on this by asking “whose address were you verifying then when you rattled off our address and my daughter confirmed it”, she claimed that again didn’t happen. The dentist heard the commotion and came out from the back and asked what happened and I explained we drive an hour one way and don’t appreciate being told due to their clerical mistake we need to reschedule someone in my family. He said “have your husband come back right now, no one is leaving without being seen”.

. Fast forward 6 months to our next cleaning, I get a call voicemail instructing me to call in and reschedule only MY appointment, because the hygienist is going to be out next month on my appointment date. . I call and cancel my husbands because he’s also had enough. My daughter keeps hers and goes in. She checked in sat in an empty room with a ratty used couch that didn’t used to be there but is there since the fish tank is gone. The tvs were taken down and there were holes in the walls.

UPS comes in, goes behind the desk and sits down talking to the others working . . Patient PRIVACY!!?? My daughter continues waiting even though there is no one else waiting and no cars outside in the parking lot. She was taken to the back had her teeth cleaned, the dentist came in for less than 2 minutes, then they scheduled her 6 month check up for 9 months out and showed her some back door to go out vs using the main entrance. HARD PASS, the entire family has decided to now part ways with these people. Sad, I’ve been taking my kids and my family there for the last 18 years.

They got me in as soon as they could. I was scheduled for a week later then they called me again with an appointment at 8am today. Great I said. I showed up at 8am and found out it got moved to 10am. So I left and went back 2 hours later a little miffed.

She even said the appointment was moved from 8 to 10. The front office has no clue. I had a lower right molar break and it was sharp! Kathy with a K took care of me so well and has an awesome attitude and bedside manner. She had me laughing hard I was crying. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Cho was fantastic!!👌
