I love this clinic! They are professional, friendly, understanding and caring. They take a conservative approach to dental care--they don't rush into unnecessary procedures. I've seen two dentists and two hygienists over two years. Each one carefully listened and answered my questions.

The receptionists are thoughtful, too. Plus, they take your blood pressure. That's a really smart thing for a dental clinic to do. It shows they care for the whole person, not just the teeth!!

A Beatty

I made the mistake of being ten minutes late, though I had my paperwork all filled out. I have never been turned away from dental or doctor for being late, which is to say that it was outside of my expectations. I was going down there to likely get a tooth extraction before the weekend.

I would like to recommend that patients are told that if they are late that they may lose their appointment, especially for tooth pain.

Note: I was recommended to this dentist by my insurance provider. If only here was a - star Horrible place! Had to “ call back” in two weeks as they requested me to…. Only to sit on hold for 20 minutes then find out they don’t have any appointments open this month and I couldn’t schedule for the future because they do t have their “ future scheduling” appointments open at this time. Absolutely the WORST customer service/ scheduling I’ve ever experienced. So glad I read the reviews before I actually got an appointment ….

. I will look for a dentist elsewhere…. . scary!!!

A dentist left a gaping hole underneath a crown that I got here. They couldn't schedule me to have it filled for a month, and by the time I got in what was left of the tooth had been infected in the root. I went here to save a couple hundred on a crown and in the end I had to pay an extra 2000 to someone else for a root canal as a result. The tooth is still a problem 5 years later. I have tried to talk to them about it so many times. They are completely unrepentant about this failure. I have asked for a refund or to be compensated multiple times and no apology has been forthcoming much less a refund.

Of course, admitting fault would indicate that they should refund me, which is probably why they will never do that. In the past two months I have had an infection in the area of that tooth multiple times. After at least a dozen calls during the pandemic and two infections later I finally talked to someone about it who wanted to help me about a week ago. They said I should come in for an x-ray, but didn't seem to care that I had an x-ray done somewhere else, preferring to bring me in and do it again roughly 2 weeks after I received an x-ray somewhere else. They tried to schedule me at West Side Dental and I explained that I have had a bad experience there and would prefer to go to East Side Dental instead. They said they'd have someone call me back to schedule that appointment. That was a week ago.

Nobody has called. This organization is a disaster. The worst part is this is par for the course when it comes to the providers that accept Medical Assistance. They treat people on MA like second class citizens to say the least. What are we going to do, sue them? If we had that kind of money we wouldn't be going to them in the first place.
