Absolutely horrible customer service they harass their customers. The also refuse to open new tools to use on patients infront of the parents my daughter got an infection in her mouth after they performed work. Department of health is investigating

I was just there for my son to have a cleaning. The guy was rude and should have talked to me before he tried to fix my son tooth. He told me to get another dentist because he doesn't want to deal with my son. He knew my son had bad experience before with another dentist. Also told me he knew my son had problems so what so my kid sees a Dr and gets treated.

He should have not done what he done and said. I will make sure he's getting reported to the BBB. I am not the type of person to go to the BBB or leave a bad review. But others should know about him.

I just called to make an appointment for my kids and was told immediately " we have a problem" from the receptionist. I said why? She said you cancelled your appointment. I cancelled because it snowed with ice, so the kids had virtual. I called 24 hours before. Unsafe conditions to drive. A month ago I cancelled because one of my kids was sick.

Really? Unbelievable customer service. Apparently they don't need the business. Extremely disappointed on how I was treated. I never cancel any appointments unless absolutely necessary.

Apparently you are not able to ever get sick while being a patient at this dental office. You are not able to reschedule more than 2 appointments in a 6 month period. I don't mean a no-show, I'm talking about calling them because I was sick to reschedule. When I called because I had bronchitis she told me "I don't care! That's not our problem.

" Even though I only rescheduled 2 times before and both times were month's apart the dentist still won't see me which is unreasonable. I guess they would rather have something as contagious as bronchitis passed around their office than let a patient actually be sick in their own home. Their staff is so rude and unprofessional! I'll happily find a better and more professionally staffed dental office.
