Let me start by saying that I know this place comes highly recommended by many, but regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory from beginning to end. As a new patient, I had an appointment scheduled for both a check-up and cleaning on the same day. However, when I was called in, they initially mixed up my paperwork and were unsure of the purpose of my visit. The check-up felt rushed and lasted only about a minute.

They informed me that they couldn’t perform the X-rays due to ongoing renovations, and when I inquired about the scheduled cleaning, I was told they didn’t have time for it that day. To my disappointment, I was still charged for the 1-minute check-up, which, in my opinion, lacked the thoroughness expected for a new patient. I also asked for information about teeth whitening, but the response I received was simply that I needed a cleaning first, which I was already aware of. I decided to give them another chance and scheduled a follow-up appointment after the renovations were completed.

However, my subsequent appointment was canceled, and to date, they haven’t made any effort to reschedule or reach out to me. While I have no doubt about the skills of the doctors and staff, my experience as a new patient fell far short of my expectations. I hope that future new patients have a better experience, but for me, I’ll be seeking dental care elsewhere.

Dr. Sabharwal is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He takes the time to educate and explain every aspect of the procedure thoroughly. I recently had a crown placed on one of my teeth, and the experience was outstanding.

The quality of the work and the care provided exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the entire staff offers excellent customer service, making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
