AMAZING first experience after not being to a dentist in decades, and though I was nervous and I have more work to do Judy the dental hygienist (I believe that’s what her title is) made me feel extremely comfortable, at ease and was OUTSTANDING, Gentle with the cleaning, intuitive and kind. Highly recommend this dental practice, I will be there every 6 months that’s for sure!

Our family is new to braces and so far we have found that the availability of the orthodontist, though we love her, is very limited. We have had to go in a few times now to re-attach wires, only to have to come back another time to actually have them attached back. Once we were made to feel bad that someone came in to on their day off as well.

So all in all, not thrilled with it here, but feel like we’re stuck since we paid for everything upfront.

This was the worst experience ever. I don’t know what makes a staff member feel inclined to be rude, and dishonest. Lacking professionalism all around. I will absolutely never go back to this place or recommend to anyone. The guy at the front desk should be removed immediately. He is rude and very entitled. Insanely he said he is the manager. Since they are a local business near mine, I decided to give this place a try. Sadly my dental office closed. I called to discuss potential services as I may have needed a tooth removed. A woman picked up the phone and had me on an extensive hold and then a man named Juan picked up and told me that I needed a consultation. He said he doesn’t usually do this, but if I’m available he’d be able to squeeze me in.

I thought great. I arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time. However, the front desk had no records of this appointment. An appointment in which I had promptly rearranged my day for and was at the time grateful for. All this just to have the front desk person named Juan, tell me a blatant lie and say he never made the appointment and that the dentist had already left for the day. I was shocked and confused and tried to ask him questions as he rudely said “mam I don’t know who you spoke to”. Then he asked if I was calling him a liar. I said, is there any other person named Juan here? He said he was not going to go back-and-forth in a very rude manner and continued to ignore me. He went to the side and started to type as if I didn’t exist. Unbelievable. I asked them to double check. He did not allow it, this was clearly a mistake and I found it very odd that he didn’t let the girl talk at the front desk.

Juan just continued to say I needed to call again to make another appointment or reschedule right there. I refuse to give this place any business because to me the representation of that guy as a manager said it all. I couldn’t imagine hiring someone so unprofessional and rude a manager at that, at either of my businesses. Business thrives on professional front desk, staff and Management. This guy clearly has a problem also with taking accountability. I will get my services at another local dentist instead. Your dental experience should be warm felt and not intimidating. Scheduling is to be taken seriously. Total waste of my time and money. Patient beware of this Practice.

This dentist office is super welcoming and clean! Dr. Syrrakou Is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Juan the office manager was very nice and professional. For someone who has dealt with dental phobia in the past, they made me feel very welcome and comfortable! I highly recommend!
