So I had an appointment scheduled with this place for weeks now only to receive a text late on Monday evening almost closing time for the office and was informed that there was a problem with my Medicaid insurance and was instructed to call the customer service number to have a previous primary insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, which I have never had, removed. I can see from all the 1 star reviews that I have read that this is their common practice for medicaid patients. I cancelled my appointment and told them not to bother to reschedule, I'll find a different dentist.

And for the person that left the review that said they were also jerked around and the comment was made to them "thanks for wasting my scheduling time" I was sure to ask them to PROMPTLY cancel my appointment and to PLEASE not waste anymore of MY time! Absolutely ridiculous and I plan on reporting this office to whatever organization or outfit necessary and I urge everyone else who has this problem to do the same.

I have a fear of the dentist, especially when it involves needles. This is the only dentist I will be going to ever again! Dr. B is such a kind and caring individual. He won't perform treatments "just for the money".

He always does what is best for the patient, which can sometimes be hard to find. If you are looking for a dedicated and compassionate dentist, Dr. B is your guy! Thank you guys for your amazing services and care!

Dr. Beauchemin and his staff are very professional. They provided wonderful care for my daughter and myself. The front office staff and hygienists were pleasant and welcoming. Dr. B explained everything thoroughly and explained treatment protocols.

His pricing is very fair for the level of service provided. Not like a lot of other dentists who are just out to make money. He and his staff truly care about their patients. Will definitely be back and refer all of my friends.

I drove over an hour today to have much-needed fillings done for my cavities, only to be told by the doctor that he wasn’t comfortable performing the services. He stated that he felt his practice would be losing money by accepting my Medicaid insurance. I work for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and this is a clear violation of Medicaid policies. It is illegal for any provider to refuse to accept Medicaid solely based on financial preferences, as Medicaid regulations prohibit discrimination against beneficiaries based on payment sources.

Under the Social Security Act, healthcare providers who accept Medicaid must provide services to Medicaid beneficiaries without discrimination. This is supported by the federal Medicaid laws, including those enforced by CMS, which mandate that Medicaid recipients have equal access to care as those with private insurance. What’s worse, I was misled into believing that they would accept my Medicaid, only to discover that they were more interested in charging thousands of dollars to a credit card. This is unacceptable and unethical.

I will be reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and filing a formal complaint regarding these practices. If you value your rights and are relying on Medicaid for care, I strongly recommend avoiding this provider. It is illegal to engage in such discriminatory practices and misleading behavior.
