Being someone who doesn’t enjoy, and has never enjoyed the dentist due to not being handled with care during cleanings, unnecessary procedures, etc. I have to say I really enjoyed my experience at Western Springs Dentistry. I recently moved to Hinsdale from Chicago and I will continue to have my teeth taken care of here.

Tanner was knowledgeable, gentle, and quick all things you want in a hygienist. I was pleasantly surprised with my overall feeling upon leaving my first appointment, and look forward to my six month cleaning.

My unfortunate experience at Western Springs Dentistry revealed a pattern of deceit and disregard for patients' financial well-being, suggesting that I am not the first victim of their unscrupulous practices. From the onset, the clinic failed to disclose their out-of-network status for my insurance plan, resulting in unexpected and exorbitant bills. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and left me feeling deceived and financially burdened. To compound matters, the clinic initially provided a quote for a service, only to change the price halfway through the procedure, leaving me responsible for the entire cost out of pocket. This bait-and-switch tactic is unethical and demonstrates a blatant disregard for patient trust.

Given my experience, and upon further investigation of reviews, it appears I am not alone in encountering these deceptive practices. It's alarming to see that other patients have faced similar issues, indicating a troubling pattern of behavior from this clinic. In conclusion, I strongly caution against seeking dental treatment at Western Springs Dentistry. The lack of transparency, deceptive billing practices, and prioritization of profit over patient well-being make it an establishment to avoid at all costs. Our first visit to Western Springs Dentistry went very smoothly from start to finish. I arrived for my 1:00pm appointment at 12:30 with my son so that we had enough time to fill out our new patient paperwork. The front desk office assistant welcomed us and made us feel welcome. We were taken right on time and the staff was very friendly when they were ready for us at 1pm.

The hygienist and the Dr. were very professional and clearly explained the x-rays and the exam to us. I had such a good experience with my son’s check-up that I scheduled myself for next week for a cleaning and check-up. So far, I highly recommend this dental office in Western Springs!

Considering that historically I’ve avoided dentist visits due to prior poor experiences, I’m glad to say that I’ve found my new home for all my dental needs at Western Springs Dentistry. My fears have been allayed by the superb talent of this affable staff, that’s augmented by how personable and accommodating they are to each person’s needs.

Sheyla, Tanner and the entire staff have changed my prior perception through this wonderful experience in conjunction with such favorable results.
