Exceptional dental care. Located NE of the intersection of Schrock Rd. and Cleveland Ave. , adjacent to St. Ann's hospital, Westerville Smiles is easily accessible from the northbound lanes of Cleveland Ave. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the Dr.

's are knowledgeable and skilled. The staff readily answers all questions, and will walk you through every step of the process, regardless of your needs. I not only take my family here, but have also had several procedures done here, myself. Though they do not offer sedation, the Dr. 's are very good at numbing the site locally, which, with their skill, is more than sufficient. They also accept most insurance providers, and they work with Care Credit for procedures not covered by your insurance (and the payments are quite affordable).

The good: Excellent, dental care for a reasonable cost. The bad: yes, going to a dentist can be quite unpleasant, but I really have nothing bad to say about their service or their facilities. If you're looking for family dentistry in Westerville or N. Columbus, I highly recommend Westerville Smiles.

Dan did an amazing job cleaning my teeth - very gentle and he has a wonderful personality! This office is too loud to give 5 stars to . My only complaint is that all the rooms are open so you can hear kids the whole time .

I Love the dentists here but this place is seriously a JOKE as far as management etc. . I’m Currently in the waiting room at 3:14 my appointment was at 2:30.

Every time I come here I’m waiting atleast 30 mins! Multiple people went ahead of me that came in after me but whatever . On top of that when I checked in they told me my insurance was not active, confused me because I know that’s not true … she had someone else’s chart pulled up!! Get it together please, I’m Not coming back here again. Edit : Back again still waiting at 3:30 the big back receptionist decided to come up and thank me for the review 😂 maybe get offline and do your job
