I can be a nervous nelly for dental procedures, and I need to give this office 5 stars!! Dr. Lopez-Gross is the most wonderful human ever, very calming, very thoughtful, and very reassuring. Also, the dental assistant that sat with me to gather my information, went above and beyond to make me feel at ease.
I believe her name is Laura, but please correct if I'm wrong. Also, checking in and out I had two different people and they were both lovely and kind. Thank you to everyone that I interacted with at Westmount Dental, you are all 5 stars in my books :)

Doctor Kanaan and all the staff are very friendly and professional. I felt that the advice I received was honest and that my health is what is important to them, not just my business. The office is pristinely clean and organized which made me feel good as a patient. Thank you for the excellent service Doctor Kanaan and staff.

Dr. Kanaan and the Westmount staff are so excellent. Their work is flawless- I've had serious dental procedures my whole life and I've never felt so comfortable during a procedure or healed so well after. He will explain everything and go as slow as you need. I've had bad experiences with lack of freezing at the dentist before and Dr.
Kanaan has completely undone that fear. Some dentists seem to forget that there is a person attached to the mouth they're working on, but Dr. Kanaan will listen, involve you in your care, and put you at ease. Thanks for your great work and pleasant experince!

Customer service through phone call. Although the receptionist was polite, the entire scenario was unprofessional as I called ahead of time to let the office know I would be running late and they informed me they canceled the appointment without letting me know. As well as continued to blame me for not sending an intake form when I was never sent one.
