Terrible service! Escorted out when I questioned why they were trying to collect a fee for services which were completely covered by my dental insurance as preventative care, which they didn't even ask for until I was seated in the exam chair. To top it off, the first claimed the fraudulent fee they were trying to collect was a co-pay and when questioned, doubled down and said it was a deductible.

Absolute scam office, double dipping in patient pockets and the patients insurance! I will be making a complaint with my dental insurance to be certain not a penny goes to them for this scam appointment!

By far the best dental experience I have ever had! I inherited some really bad teeth genes and I have had so many bad experiences with dentists throughout my life that I have a ton of bad dental anxiety. I had to have 5 cavities filled on my last visit and though I had a ton of anxiety Dr. Gill and her staff made the experience the best one I have ever had.

They were very supportive through my anxiety, did everything to help me out during the visit, and listened and believed what I was experiencing. I definitely would recommend this dental office, very caring and professional

Dr Gill is wonderful!! She talks to you, not at you. A few areas of decay were found at my cleaning. Dr Gill knows I hate appointments. So she had me stay and Dr took care of my restorations that same afternoon. Her support staff are kind and informative. Thank you Dr Gill and team.

I am writing another review because I have had several procedures done 3 root canal and 3 crowns and periodontal cleanings. I used to fear going to the Dentist for years. I now enjoy seeing Dr Gill and her outstanding staff. DR Gill really cares about everyone of her patients.

I even have seen her out in the community and she was so kind to me. If you need a dentist or are scared of dentist please come to Dr Gill at West wood family dental and her and her staff will help you and do quality work.
