The secretary I believe her name was Jodie was in a very bad mood she was nasty actually I can’t believe Dr McKee would hire a person like this. He must not know how she acts because if I had this recorded she would be fired on the spot. I love my regular dentist and all the secretary are so nice I have never had a experience like this anywhere before.

Maybe she was just having a extra bad day but still I can’t believe she behaved this way.

We've been going to Dr. McKee for a couple of years now and have been very happy. I wouldn't want to take my children to a general dentist for the same reasons I prefer a pediatrician to a general family physician. This office is oriented towards children and Dr. McKee is extremely amiable. The waiting room is full of awesome toys that my children love to play with.

They get a token at the end of the appointment with which to "buy" a reward from prize-dispensing vending machines. Also pretty cool is that Dr. McKee is a Lego-enthusiast who displays his own creations in his office! I really appreciate that this practice is willing to see all four of my children at the same time. That is definitely not something all practices are willing to do because if the family flakes out on them, it's a big loss. They have four hygienists working on my four kids at the same time and our appointments are *super* quick which is amazing. We used to live in the South Hills and while we loved the pediatric dentist there, the appointments could take a really long time.

It would be a huge pain for me to have to take my kids in pairs on different days instead of get them all done at once. So I'm really grateful for how accommodating and efficient this practice is. As to the comment below about there being no receptionist, that has never been our experience in the years we have been going here. There is always someone at the front desk and my calls are answered during business hours. However, there is a new receptionist there so maybe that person just caught them on a bad day maybe before the new person was hired? I don't know, but I know the new receptionist is friendly, welcoming, and proficient. We are definitely pleased with Wexford Pediatric Dental Associates!
