The lady at the front desk didn’t schedule me right the first time or the 2nd time I called. I did get my tooth pulled like I wanted but wasn’t given any meds or offered any and no check up on that and it hurt so badly and they were closed for 5 days. There’s still an infection that they didn’t seem to care about. I said I wanted to start working on getting my teeth better and they didn’t listen and scheduled me for 6 months for check up. The cleaning wasn’t a deep cleaning like they said it was going to be.

I have insurance and the lady had no idea about it and I know they have handled with them before so how did she not know a thing. When I called to cancel and say I wasn’t happy I didn’t get a call back or email or letter to see what they could do to keep me as a patient a new one at that. I got a post-it note on my xrays that said sorry you were unhappy, that’s it. So unprofessional and shows they don’t care about anyone but themselves.

They’ve been my and all of my family’s dentist for decades!! They are fantastic and have assisted me in having a healthy mouth!! I go every 6 months and maintain my dental hygiene between visits!! They are always super friendly and willing to answer as many questions as I ask! If they don’t know an answer they will take the time and care in assisting you to find the answer as far as dental and insurance questions! I used to hate going to the dentist and this place makes me look forward to it!!!!

We had an amazing experience at Dr Wheelers office today ! I lost a temporary crown and they were able to get me in right away to recement it! The staff were all so friendly and helpful from when we walked in the door ! I would highly recommend Dr Logan Wheeler and her staff to anyone …. Not only is her work excellent, but she puts you at ease in the dental chair !
