My kids love it here. Been coming down 8 years. the staff is kind, knowledgeable and always helpful when you need papers for school. There's an arcade corner in the waiting room. Private rooms with TVs and incentives for a great visit.

Edit for the owner’s response: We really liked Dr Dan and Dr Jason and asked not to be seen by Dr Jen again; which was listened to. It’s your salesperson/receptionist scaring my friends and family that was the final issue for me. They really hunted us down just to schedule a cleaning and couldn’t tell my father that’s why they were calling?? He thought one of us was in an ambulance. Not ok. Not what an emergency contact is for.

Best of wishes with everything, you have some great dentists, maybe just educate your dental assistants more on how to handle children like my son or that it’s not nice to stand and stare and it is nice to ask if I need assistance using something I’ve never used before. There are now pointless questions, there are impolite actions. ❤️ Dentists are nice enough. Dr Jen can’t handle my son and should stick to easy going neurotypical kids(my son is severely autistic/needs to use a Velcro board) and she just kinda stands there and stares while I do it on my own. I guess dental assistants don’t “assist” in this way? It’s not my equipment I don’t get why they assumed I was qualified to know how to use it.

Then one of the receptionist’s tried to get a hold of me to schedule a cleaning and couldn’t so they call my emergency contacts to get my new number. They don’t say why they’re calling just you’re an emergency contact and we need her new number. Scaring them over scheduling a cleaning? My contacts thought something happened to my son while a caregiver was at the dentist with him. I switched to the other dentist in Clifton Park that deals with special needs kids and actually helps instead of standing there watching me do it all.

If I could have left 100 stars it still wouldn't have been enough. We travel almost an hour for our children to have the best dental care and that's what they have. Everyone at "Where Smiles Grow" are friendly, compassionate, caring and fun.

We will continue to travel the distance that we do because of love that our family has received. Hats off to you all, you make a HUGE difference in the lives of our children.

They did an amazing job on are teeth and had the best mood ever when we where they and just giving everybody the best service in general. And even left us with a ton of goodies like a floss or a toothbrush, toothpaste, a card, and a token so you Can grab a little game on your way out.
