Office is modern, clean, with comfortable seating. Check-in was seamless, Staff is engaging, professional, and kind. My 1st visit due to dental emergency. Wait time from appt to actual time I was called back is average. Felt like forever. I called early to reach on call physician 7:30am left message. 8:03am I got a call back, missed 2 calls. But soon after the office opened. They called me to schedule my urgent appt for cracked molars the night before. Destiny called me back to exam room. She is friendly, kind, & professional. She explained what she would do. Exam room is pleasant with beatiful plants and family photos placed neatly on ledge of a huge pictureque window. It helped calm my nerves. Like you are at a Dental Spa. Dr Litwin introduced himself. Extended a hand shake. He also is very professional gentleman & has a sense of humor. He spoke very gentle even tone. He knows how to read anxiety in his client. He also explained his plan of action before he started to exam what brought me in so urgently. I hadnt seen a dentist for 2yrs because of a horrible experience. It kept me from persuing a competent dental provider. Dr Litwin didn't pass judgement.

He and Destiny assured me they would help me get back on track with routine preventive care. I felt comforted and safe before he started to examine my broken tooth. Dr. Litwin explained again his treatment plan being very realistic and with ease. He numbed me properly. In 5 mins after I was completely numb he removed the broken molar. I didnt feel any pain. He filled my broken teeth with temporary filling to avoid food debris being stuck in the open space. I was given a treatment plan and made my initial evaluation date. I was back at work in 1 hr. leaving at 12:20pm. Appt time was 11:20am. Impressive work. I am pleasantly pleased with the quality of care I received. Unfortunately for me about 2hrs later. I had an anaphylactic reaction. I had to go to the ER. They asked what medicine did Dentist use. I wasn't sure. I called and Dr Litwin himself came to the phone. He told the Nurse exactly what he used. Lodocaine and Epinephrine including dosage. He apologized for my reaction. He was very empathetic.

I told him Thank You. I was already bragging about how excellent his care is. This wont keep me from returning to see him. I dont know what caused the reaction I've never had any issues with dental anesthesia. I get Lidocaine injections Every 6 wks for nerve block to treat chronic migraine. About 15 Lidocaine injections at once in the back of my skull behind my L ear, down my shoulders & above my eyebrows for over 1 yr. Never had a reaction at all. Dr Litwin taking the time to speak with me and the nurses clearly shows he is a caring provider. Its rare that you get to speak with any Dr on the phone. I know all to well as Im a nurse. I have to send messages and call Dr's office for my clients. The doctors never take calls Either the front desk will send a message to the Dr or ansering service sends a message to the Dr. His care and conern for me definetly let me know he cares about his clients even when you leave his chair. The very next day his office called to check on me. That is rare as well. I am very pleased with White Marsh Family Dentistry. I wish I would have found him sooner. They also specialize in TMJ and Migraine relief. Exactly what I needed for the past 2yrs. So grateful to this practice. Best of all I live 5 mins away.

With having one crown done and the other in progress I can proudly recommend Dr Litwin and his assistant to other people! Staff is very friendly and helpful and with his humor he definitely knows how to put me at ease. Explained everything he was doing!
