Don't go there. Receptionists are not professionals. Rude in person and rude over the phone. They are not good to foreigners so do not go there. It is a shameful that they take American kids first while forgetting people from other countries. Today we were late for only 5 minutes and we called and told them ahead of the time. But we waited more than 1 hour and 20 min.
We had to remind receptionists two times that nurses were forgetting us. And they asked us to wait longer or schedule another appointment. We told them that we were very disappointed. It happended to us twice, so we have learned and told them that it's our last day ever. By the way, my husband social worker referred many children to that clinic in the past and he now feel regret that he did it.

My son is 12, will be 13 next month. He has some medical issues and is overwhelmed VERY easily and has trouble with the littlest of thing. He needed his back tooth filled in. This dentist isn't comfortable filling it in. Which is OK, I appreciate her honesty and wouldn't want her to do it if she isn't comfortable BUT she referred me to a office that won't do it and said a adult dentist needs to. Every adult dentist office I've called said no, he's too young. Even after I explain.
I've called back to speak to her and can't get past the front desk secretary who keeps telling me to take him to the SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY! NONONONONO!!!! Not an option. So I am now a mother with a son in pain and no way to get him cared for at this point in time. Altho I have just gotten a response back from the 16th office I called. Let's see what they say. That's my opinion. To each their own right? Staff was nice but not helpful after all.

Our daughter loves this place. Its amazing to see a kid excited to go to the dentist usually. She likes the people and they give her a coin she can put in a big machine like the little ones outside of grocery stores usually. Its bigger and has bigger prizes though. The staff is all nice, the place is clean, and they have a good waiting room with plenty of toys for the kids.

Dr. Shih is very professional with a great bedside Manor for the little ones. She is one of the best pediatric dentists in Baltimore for sure!
