I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday (Tuesday) at 9AM. I received a text message at 7:30am the day of that the dentist “called out” and that someone from the office would contact me shortly to reschedule. It is now Wednesday, 7pm. Nobody ever called me to reschedule.

I was going to be a new patient but that was not a good first impression whatsoever. I went ahead and found another dentist based on that experience.

Do NOT go here. The most unprofessional office. Last minute cancellations, cancels month after month. They expect patients to give 48hr notice for cancellations but they don’t do the same. Dr just closes when he feels like it with no regard for the patients he leaves with temporary crowns for 6 months.

Takes the money for the crown tho but doesn’t make sure you get it put on in a timely manner. Any office that operates this way is sketchy and sounds like they’re just taking insurance payments. If this dr can’t handle his patient load then he needs to hire another dr or retire. Save yourself the headache and find a different office that cares about its patients.

They have cancelled my appointment appointments at least 5times!! They do good work, I love the dentist. . I don’t know if there are a lot of call outs or if the receptionist over books. This is not good customer service.

The receptionist act like it’s no big deal, it is definitely not patient first attitude . They must realize that people work and have to request time off to make these appointments. I think they need to hire a good office manager .

Going to the dentist can be scary & overwhelming. Dr Muth & staff do great work, and they have always gone above and beyond to ensure comfort & peace of mind. The doc is very nice and always willing to take time to explain things and answer questions. My experiences have been positive all around.
