STEER CLEAR! I have 4 kids. My first interaction with this place was for an emergency dental visit for my son for swelling. It turned out to be unrelated to his teeth. The dentist seemed friendly enough. The woman at the front desk was soo nice and helpful. The place was quiet and clean. It seemed like I had found the perfect place. However, I don’t know what has happened since then, but my interactions with this place have gone downhill. The women who call me to speak to me about my appointments are rude and abrupt.

I’ve called to reschedule a few times and no one answers. I just get transferred to a call center. The final straw for me was my last call with them today. I called to see about paying my balance for my son. At first the phone just kept ringing and ringing. Finally I heard a lot of background noise. So I said hello. And a woman answered in the most bored tone ever. She said hello.

I asked her if she was in the actual office or if this was the call center. I thought that would explain all the background noise I heard. Because surely it wouldn’t be someone in the office just answering the phone like that. She said “No, I’m actually in the office” in a tone that implied I was an idiot. So that right there just confirmed my decision that this isn’t the right place for my family and I. I don’t know who answers the phone and then just waits for the person calling to speak. Shouldn’t you greet the person calling and ask how you can help? What kind of customer service is this? Then after I’m done paying, she just hung up. Definitely don’t recommend this place. My search for a dentist continues…

I had a fantastic visit at this dental clinic! The team was welcoming from the second I stepped in. The receptionists were polite and greeted me so kindly and I barely had to wait before being seen. The dentist was knowledgeable, kind and had a great sense of humor which helped me relax. The dental assistant was so nice

I had a great experience with Mel! She was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed. It really makes a difference when your provider takes the time to communicate with care and kindness. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate dental office!

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at White Plains Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Shout out to Dr. Poznyansky he is literally the best! I've never met a dentist this welcoming and insightful about dental hygiene care. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel at ease.

A huge shout out to Sheila, the dental assistant’ she was amazing! So sweet, and she really takes the time to talk you through everything to help you stay calm. And Melissa, the receptionist, deserves major recognition! Today, she was the only one staffed, and she still did an exceptional job handling everything smoothly-no joke! My mom and I just finalized our plan for Invisalign, and I'm so excited to have finally found a new dental office that I can truly call home. If you're looking for a dentist, I 100% recommend White Plains Dental!
