I had been a client here for many years, but when I changed my Medicare Advantage Plan, their doctors weren't in network. So I waited, hoping that situation would change, as finding a new dentist was difficult in my rural area.

Finally, I found out the group is in my network; I went back as a patient after a 2 1/2 year hiatus. They cheerfully greeted me back and have provided me with the same excellent, professional care I had before!

Had an appt for a routine cleaning. This was the first time I had been there. The receptionist was very polite and kind. The assistant was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. But once the hygienist came in my experience changed. Saundra Okuley was very pushy and rude! When she was checking my mouth she was stabbing the hell out of my gums and ripping on my lips with the little mirror. She was doing everything very fast like I was inconveniencing her.

She told me I had the early stages of periodontal disease and refused to clean my teeth. I told her I understood, but financially would not like any other bills and just want a cleaning because im a single dad and things are already hard. She called in Dr. Zhang (who was very lovely and kind). The dr said my teeth were strong and healthy but I had very early stages of periodontal disease. She said she respected my decision and they could just do the cleaning if I signed a waiver. She sent Saundra back in and she came in telling me there is no form to sign.

Then stormed out. Then stormed back in slamming stuff around telling me it's gonna be awhile before she can get to me. So I got up and told her nevermind, I don't want you scrapping around in my mouth if you don't even want to do it. Overall the place seemed wonderful. Just don't go to Saundra. She is very rude and pushy!

Dr.Zhang is an amazing change! After being disfigured in Angola, I had lost hope id find someone who truly cares, discussed options without judgement. Having one of two cases in the world is stressful enough, but she very thorough and listens. She's determined to find a way for me to be where I should be. Actual disfigurement she's walking into.

It was my first time here and everyone was very kind and thorough. Roz my hygienist and Dr Christine were professional and personable. I felt comfortable and relaxed for my cleaning and check up. The office staff got me in fast when I called and I was in and out in an hour. Thank you for a wonderful experience! You have a great team!
