I was really excited to try this dental office because of all of the great reviews and the fact that their Facebook ad says they can get you right in. However, even though I filled out the online appointment application a week ago (that was in their Facebook ad), I have yet to receive any communication about an appointment. Yes, I could call.

But, what is the point of that online form requesting an appointment then? It’s basically useless if they never contact you.

Completely incompetent go somewhere else. This is the kind of place that makes people hate dentists. I as well saw positive reviews. So I gave them a shot worst mistake I’ve made in a long time. Absolute clowns. Blame everything on their employees that don’t work there anymore. Blame it on the patient when they don’t do their job.

Confront them over the phone or in person and they do nothing but smirk and lie. No communication at all. Absolute garbage. I’ve been dealing with their crap for over a year now same old story over and over. Glad I’m done speaking with them.

Alexandria was terrific! I really appreciated her professional manner, her sensitivity in navigating through my mouth and her skill set she brings to the practice! She was a real treat, something I would imagine is not offered often enough in a dental office!
