This is the best pediatric dentist office. The staff are amazing with children, especially ornery little ones who have a harder time following instructions. They also promote independence. My son loves this office. He actually had an appointment today 3/23, and the hygenist and front office staff were joking with him and embracing him, which ensured a smooth visit.

They also give the kids little toys which is always a great incentive. Definitely worth the drive from lower Delaware. Thank you for loving your job and embracing my little one.

Love the atmosphere my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist. The male doctor was very nice and gentle with all 3 of my boys. For the most part the staff is very friendly. I did have an attitude from the scheduling lady she seemed annoyed to be doing her job.

I really hate writing negative reviews but I wanted to share how upset I was with our last visit. We used to Love them and my last visit with my daughter (in January) was great! My 4 year old daughter had her teeth cleaning/ X-rays due at this last visit. The way the staff assisted my child today was down right upsetting. They basically made her feel sad and myself as well! The one hygienist was parenting over me and that is NEVER okay.

She told my daughter she had to stop crying and be a big girl and that it wasn’t fair for her because my daughter didn’t “try” to get her teeth properly cleaned with the electric tools. She’s 4…. . t They tech that took my daughters X-rays got upset because she could not get the pictures of my daughters back teeth.

. she scuffed and eye rolled and said “okay, we are not getting those” Im sorry but you are a pediatric dentist office, you work with CHILDREN. Im a preschool teacher and I know children have their moments but you SHOULD NEVER make a child feel less of themselves! I am so upset with how my child was treated and we will not be returning.

I give this dentist office zero Stars. My daughter came in twice and she was supposed to have work done and she never did. I just went in today, signed a bunch of consent forms and went back into the office thinking that she was going to have her tooth extracted when the dentist told me he couldn't do it and then referred me somewhere else. He said due to last time with her not cooperating he didn't want to move forward with today's appointment . He wasted my time when I could have just had a phone call telling me not to come in. I took off work for no reason and took my daughter out of school thinking that she was going to have her tooth extracted today.

Now we have to start all over again Thanks to wild smiles. Our pediatric dentist should have never referred us there. He didn't even give me a good reason as to why he couldn't do the surgery And he didn't even give me any good names of oral surgeons . I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their kids there And I sincerely mean that.
