I'm new to this practice, I just had my first two cavities and a 25yo failed filling removed (cleaning and xrays last week). Dr. Olson was extremely caring and patient and was a great communicator throughout the procedure explaining every step and sensation.

The support staff of technicians, hygienists and office people are friendly and helpful, and put my comfort and health first. Top recommendation!

Kathrine and her team are THE BEST! The office atmosphere is like family. The care is personal - so much so that Kathrine makes follow up calls herself EVERY time there is any treatment, like fillings etc, to check up on the patient. She takes time to talk with me about each of my children and their needs. Each of the hygienists is professional, thorough and gentle and kind.

Janice and Jill in the front office are so easy to work with on scheduling and billing. It's just such a pleasure to be patients here. I can't recommend Dr. Olson and her office highly enough!

I’ve had very favorable experiences at Dr. Olson's office. Starting with the nice look of the exterior of the building, the comfortable furnishings of the waiting room, and the friendly welcome of the staff, I was impressed from the start. Dr.

Olson introduced herself and she had this very warm, kind way of speaking to me, spent time to get to know me before we talked dentistry, and kept me well informed with the whole examination, treatment, findings and recommendations. Excellent dentist! Arlene and Katherine are also very nice people and great Hygenist’s. All-around a high-level of satisfaction!

Dr. Olson has been my dentist for over twenty years. She is amazing and patient and understanding. There is not a better dentist in Spokane county. Her staff is well-trained and they alleviate any nerves you may have regarding the dentist. If I moved out of state for any reason, I would travel back to Spokane just for Dr. Olson.
