Hygienist was great. Dentist was one of the least compassionate dentists I’ve encountered. She seems more irritated that I was having a hard time, than anything, and treating me like I was uneducated.

Oompa Loompa

Great first experience. Suffered from a nasty tootheache that was radiating pain down thru my lower jaw, causing mental fog and some nausea. I was able to use a sick day and stay home from work to be able to get an appointment to see a dentist. Went to the appointment and it didn't take long for them to get me in and get some ex rays and then they basically did an oral exam, explained what was going on and they went to work on the bad tooth. Did a root canal and rebuilt the tooth.

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was just over 2 hours. Very quick. Very pleased with the result. Will be a returning customer.

Burrn Bree

Had a cleaning done last year, couldn’t take X-rays at the time, scheduled me another day to get X-rays, didn’t get X-rays then either. Came back another time with the same result…. No X-ray. Months later I get the X-rays and I call , person on the phone says “the doctor would call you if he saw anything” So he didn’t call me. So I’m good right? Year later, he takes X-rays, I have cavities he tells me and they’re on the bigger side.

Why wasn’t this brought to my attention last year when I had the X-rays done? Come to the filling appointment, due to miscommunication of me needing sedative, they rescheduled 2 months out. Okay cool. Take sedative, drive to appointment. They still can’t do anything because the assistants don’t know how to take a wire out. They send me home to reschedule AGAIN, A WHOLE MONTH OUT.

This is getting ridiculous, it’s clear they’re missing some communication in the office, or maybe they’re just not listening when I’m trying to schedule but this is unacceptable and honestly borderline medical negligence. When so many things go wrong at the appointments due to miscommunication it’s honestly infuriating. Makes me never want to return to Willamate dental
