With all the stellar reviews thought this would be a good match for my Partner. They made him wait over an hour to be seen and completely disregarded our time. Their time isn't the only time that has worth or value. Then his crowns were shaved too low by the person that was in training.

When he told them about this, they said he was threatening. Highly disappointed and won't be returning. Fix your customer service

Let me start in saying if I could give zero stars, would! Dr. Wolfe is disrespectful and rude! I’ve been going here for two years and every visit is horrible! I really hate change and that’s the only reason I continued to go! His turn over rate with staff is horrible and now I see why! If you’re looking for a good, loving, and compassionate doctor, please don’t look here! Dr.

Wolfe definitely lacks good customer service!

I had made my appointment for my next cleaning while at the office. The time comes around for the appointment and the lady from the office tells me it's on an entirely different day and time. After I confirmed that it was on the day I knew it to have been scheduled and said something, she still wouldn't admit that she was wrong. She was flippant and dismissive. The worst part is that I had work done that caused a pocket between my teeth. When I addressed it, I was told they'd look at it later when I got my braces off, which let me know that no accountability for the trash dental work would be taken by these shady folks.

I absolutely regret my decision to trust this office. I would have been better off never having gone here. TLDR: Liars in the front (reception) incompetence in the back (dentist). Zero accountability all around. Don't go here.

I’m a fairly new patient and I’ve had 3 visits thus far. The staff seem nice and on my last visit I finally got a chance to meet Dr. Wolf. During my most recent visit I did the Zoom whitening and it was not at all pleasurable.

My zoom was administered by a very nice assistant that walked me through everything step by step; however, the experience was definitely something I would never do again! I personally experienced a lot burning and irritation not only on the gum-line, but the inside of my bottom jaw as well. After a month or so I’m now convinced that the Zoom was either not properly administered or the bleaching was bad. My teeth literally are not badly stained so to receive such minimal results was extremely disappointing. Not worth the Pain and definitely not worth the $610 Price.

. Keep your coins or maybe try a Dentistry that’s more experienced in this particular process! The worst part about the Zoom is that I was told that I would see very good results and that was simply not true! I was shown a picture on the computer of before and after and all I saw after was a brighter picture. Definitely a waste of my money!
