The staff is all super nice and caring! Dr Sulkowski is very knowledgeable and professional. The dentist was very professional and was constantly making sure that my comfort level was on point! They will be my new dentist for life. Update.

02/20/25. Just left the dentist's office with my new million dollar smile and I couldn't be happier! They do an excellent job and I could not believe the difference they made in my appearance! Like I said they will be my dentist for life!

Let me start by saying I have always been happy with the quality of care in the office, the making, and canceling of appointments is disappointing. To gaslight someone and pretend that they made a mistake about the appointment is unprofessional and frankly cruel. I made both appointments months ago and with them being twins I always double check if they are assigned one time, that that is what the office wants. To get a call the day of the appointment, and say that One of your sons is late, and that the appointments were never at 2:20, And that one would not be able to be seen was ridiculous.

I would much rather be called and told we are short of staff And we have to reschedule, then to be lied to and made to feel like I made some sort of mistake. I confirmed the boys appointments Days before, and then I am sent some sort of confirmation on the day of, which was different in which I did not see Because I was at work. Regardless an appointment should not be changed without confirmation first, especially when it was already confirmed. That seems to me, that someone was trying to be sneaky and naked it look like I made a mistake.

I cannot emphasize enough how incompetent that makes the office look and how unprofessional it comes across. I hope you can clear this matter up and that it does not happen again. Thank you. Laureen Trovato

I had the very best experience at Wm Sulkowski DDS. I had a dental emergency. Jodi, the receptionist, made room in the schedule and got me in immediately. The staff was fantastic. Thanks to Dr. Edmund Sulkowski my.pain level went from a 10 to a zero almost immediately. If you ever need wonderful dental care, this is a place to go!!!!

I wanted to share my positive feedback regarding my dental cleaning appointment yesterday, April 08, 2025, around 4:00 PM. My hygienist, did a fantastic job. I was particularly impressed with her thoroughness in cleaning, how gentle she was despite a sensitive area, her clear explanations about improving my dental health. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and efficient during check-in and check-out.

She explains our insurance coverage thoroughly. The environment was clean and comfortable, which helped me feel relaxed throughout the appointment. Thank you for providing such excellent dental care.
