My dentist retired so I had to find a new one. Went to willow because they take my insurance. So far it has been an excellent experience. Friendly staff, updated ( less painful) equipment. Dr. Burns is very nice and does her best to be sure you are comfortable during the procedure.

Willow Dental is fantastic! My teeth are in rough shape, from my first exam back into the clinic both the hygienist (Yolanda) and Dr. Burns put me at ease! They are both incredibly kind and reassuring and Yolanda completed the most gentle bite-wing X-rays I’ve ever had! - I had my first crowns placed yesterday and the experience overall was much different than I was anticipating. As Dr. Burns says, “ you are in the drivers seat” and I am in charge. . my comfort level was first priority. Dr.

Burns and Yolanda clearly have a budding relationship that I am sure will endure for years to come. Dr. Burns is calm, reassuring, kind, gentle, she even gives breaks to swallow and rest. . which was new for me! So pleasant. I am so glad I have chosen Willow Dental to complete my restoration work and overall preventative care. :) I am now not as anxious about upcoming appointments knowing that I will be taken care of!

I have been so happy as a patient with Willow Dental since I started seeing them about a year ago. They are so patient and welcoming and always answer all my questions I have. Scheduling is very easy with them and their entire office works so well together, and it shows! Highly recommend.

Texted me saying there is a 50 dollar fee if there is a 48 hour cancellation. Not sure how this is legal but seems very obnoxious and absurd. After my first appointment I probably won't be back. I don't want to give my business to a pretentious company.

On top of that, I had an appointment set, got here early and I waited past my appointment time. They expect us to be on time but don't help us on the dot for when our appointment starts. Pretty stupid don't you think? They owe me 50 bucks for being late and killing MY time.
