I highly recommend Willow Ridge Dental Care. It is a five star business for sure. I needed an emergency appointment and quickly got in. Rhiana Bridges and Dr. Schreiners provided outstanding care. I dreaded the numbing shot but was amazed by Dr.

Schreiners ability to give the shot with very little pain. Rhiana was reassuring throughout the procedure. She kept me informed on what was going on and was comforting. They were able to fix my dental problem in one day. I left very happy and will return to Willow Ridge Dental Care for my dental needs.

Staff and overall work done was great and I do recommend. But coming in and paying in full just to get another bill months later because they "assumed" what the insurance company will pay is stupid. What if my insurance had covered more and I overpaid? This aspect is quite frustrating, all I did was an extraction.

Somehow business can magicaly charge you more if so desired. Aside from this my experience was pretty good.

My recent experiences; one for my first crown and one to replace an ancient filling, have been wonderful! I’ve had the same dentist since 1985, until he retired in 2020. It was a bit bumpy finding my new dental home, but I am very happy I found Willow Ridge. Dr.

Jones, his assistant and hygienist make sure I feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Their new facility is also very comfortable and well-equipped with new technology that contributes to expediency in procedures and the level of care they can provide.
