I have been going to Dr Wilson for years and today was the WORST Encounter EVER with a staff member . I am very disappointed and looking for somewhere else to take my child. I didn’t bother making myself an appointment because of this person’s HORRIBLE attitude.

Everyone has a bad day, but after reading the reviews it seems this is a reoccurring event. I hope Dr Wilson periodically read the reviews, because this is not the customer service he displays with patients! What a shame!

UPDATE: THEIR WAY OF "RESOLVING" THIS WAS TO BLOCK ME ON FACEBOOK FOR LEAVING THIS REVIEW. HOW PROFESSIONAL. This office left me without a front tooth and is now holding my crown for ransom! They did not get proper pre-authorization so my insurance didn't pay, so NOW, AFTER I let them put a temporary crown on, they tell me that I owe money (A LOT of money) and they will not do anything else for me until I pay. I have absolutely no way to pay, and, I hate to put my business out here like this, but they knew I have medicaid dental insurance so they should've known I might not be able to pay and discussed my treatment plan with me FIRST. .

. But, now, because of THEIR lack of proper procedures to ensure payment via insurance BEFORE performing a dental procedure and because they failed to set proper patient expectations BEFORE creating a very large bill for that patient, who obviously would not be able to pay out of pocket, I am left covering my mouth when I speak and unable to smile. And, their response is literally "we will not help you anymore until you pay us". Now that I'm left without a front tooth, they refuse to finish what they started. This is unreal! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR FACE!!! They literally took advantage of a person with a disability, and left that person without a smile or a way to even begin to fix this MESS THAT THEY CREATED.

This is beyond unprofessional- this is absolutely DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!!!!!! The front office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I feel like if I could actually tell Dr. Wilson all of this directly, he might actually be willing to help me, whereas his office staff made it very clear that she is completely unwilling to do so. I will be filing a formal complaint with Medicaid and every agency or bureau that will allow me to do so!

I've only been there twice so far. My son needs a crown lengthening that's something that's apparently hard to find a dentist to do around here. So the first appointment was for that, they advised me to see a periodontist. While we're at the counter Dr Wilson says he'll do it so we make another appt.

Over a month out. TodY we go waiting to see dentist when they lady calls us to the counter says we gotta see a periodontist lol. Dr Wilson comes out says he'll do it then says see a oral surgeon and he'll do the crown. SMH we're leaving our second appt with a huge case of this has happened twice now what's goin on! Geez
