Had to have a crown in two teeth starting in November. So the whole time I am getting a root canal at other dentist and paying over two grand I am thinking I am getting both my teeth fixed. Then when I show up and pay I am told I am getting one fixed. And had to wait forty minutes past my appointment time. Not highly recommended from me.

Waste of time and money. All they want here is your money. That’s all they talked about. Not how my teeth were doing.

The whole experience was more like visiting an old friend, than”going to the dentist”, lol. So happy I chose these people to help my Mom! She is elderly, and not too eager to receive dental care. Dr. Martino and the staff were 110% top notch! They were eager to help, and took extra time to help her through every step of the process without rushing.

She was ecstatic with the service from beginning to end. Bravo guys…. . Bravo!

I scheduled an appointment here for my boyfriend because he chipped his tooth and it was hurting. He goes into the first appointment, sits for about an hour waiting, goes back and he said several of the workers told him they were gonna do different things to fix his tooth. His whole appointment was about 3 hours for a small chipped tooth that they said did not need fixed, but proceeded to fix it and charge more than they said they would before the appointment. THAT NIGHT the fixed tooth broke again, where they “fixed” it.

He called and had another appointment scheduled. He called to see what time and they gave him one time, then messaged him later that evening a completely different time. I called the next day to confirm which time was right, and I told him. He then received another message stating a different time than the one I was given by the front desk lady.

Not to mention, she was very rude and seemed like me asking for the time was an inconvenience to her day. Customer service is not great at all, and he did not feel comfortable or like they took him seriously in there.
