I had an amazing experience at Windsor Dental Clinic! I did a cleaning and fillings with Dr Shobha Hande and her team, and both procedures were smooth and completely pain-free. The staff was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I loved their comfort menu as well. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for professional and caring dental services!

Dont waste your time. Told them I wanted 3 implants done and my max budget and that it was time sensitive because I'm from out of town. I may do more later if time allows it. They did the work as though I had all the time in the world, and I had said yes to all the added work, which I definitely did not, amd dis not realize that they proceeded like I was getting all that work done. I was far from properly informed and got nothing close to whatbi had asked for.

I paid what they had told me the work I initially wanted was. They even gave me a temp, which I asked i owed for and they said no. I ran out of time and told them I'm leaving so they try to tell me I owe $1000 for the temp all of a sudden. So I have a bunch of screw stick out no implants finished, no time left in this city. If I want my implants finished I'm HAVE to do a quarter of my mouth now not the 3 implants I asked for and I owe $8000 more to get what I asked for, and to walk away there's $1000 charge now for the temp that they had told me prior had no charge.

I wanted 3 implants and if I had time I would start more if my time and budget allowed it. Now I'm kinda forced into it because of there lack of informing me on there intentions. Very disappointed and upset.

I had a great experience here . The front staff was friendly and courteous . The office was clean and updated . Kendra , the hygeniest was truly amazing . Very thorough and attentive . She explained all the steps during each treatment , she was patient and gentle during the procedure , and provided great advice and suggestions for dental care at home . Would definitely recommend to others .

From the time you walk in and are greeted from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist to the Dentist herself it was an amazing experience! They are all so pleasant, friendly, polite and extremely welcoming ! It is by far the best dentist office i have been to.

I have been there twice and will be recommending all friends and family to there office!! Great job ladies Keep up the great work Tammy St-Pierre
