Do not go here. I have been on the phone for days trying to figure out why we owed so much when we had Platinum coverage with MetLife. Turns out the dental office was insisting to me that they were in network when, in fact, they were not. They are "in network" with a broker. No contract with MetLife.
At all. In addition (unbelievably), they billed my insurance at the out of network rate while insisting to me that they were in-network. Plenty of dentists to choose from. Don't pick this one.

Our family treated with Dr. Snyder for approximately 25 years without incident; however, the practice was sold and the quality of care diminished. In the process of receiving a crown, one of the dentists ground my tooth to small to receive the crown. This result required an extraction and implant. The office manager refused to pay for the extraction and implant.
In fact, she refused to even discuss the issue with me. Stay away, the dental hygienists are excellent (Shannon), but the front office prefers to lose loyal patients' of 25 years than to correct or even discuss their mistakes. To date, I am still paying for the extraction and implant. Nice.
