I came in with a tooth that ached when touch by hot and cold water/food. . Turns out, my filling was broke and what was left was loose. . I required a new filling. Dr. Winfrey was successful in replacing the filling thus relieving the pain Here is my experience,: Dr. Winfrey was very pleasant as well as her assistants.

She is very knowledgeable, patient and funny. She explained the procedure to me as we went along, so I knew what was coming next, which made me feel relaxed at a time when my nerves were all a flutter, a feeling most people experience at a dentist office, even before they get out of their cars to go in. The office atmosphere is very clean, calming and soothing There is a sense of cohesiveness in the work space as the staff works together to help each other. And, there is old-school music playing in the background that makes you want to move to the beat. But, you might want to restrain yourself until after drilling is over! The staff is very professional in demeanor and attitude. They tell uplifting, positive jokes and stories that put you at ease. . There are positive affirmations throughout the work space walls From my perspective, the visit is not just an appointment, but a positive experience and genuine connection with the patient, dentist and her staff.

Absolutely stellar experience once again with Dr. Winfrey and her staff; in particular, Stella. She was so comforting and patient with my questions and really took the time to explain things to me. She is really amazing at what she does and was able to care for my teeth without pain. Shout out to the whole staff for their kindness, professionalism, and their wholehearted caring environment.
